POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Our Policies: At Dance Classics in Murfreesboro, we want our students to get the most out of every class. Our goal is to provide a fun, educational and positive experience to our students. The following policies and guidelines have been established so that we can dedicate time to best serve our families.
Attendance
Classes will begin and end at the scheduled time. Please make sure that your dancer is ready for class before the scheduled start.
It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to accompany students to and from the studio. Dance Classics does not assume the responsibility for students arriving early nor does it accept responsibility for students who leave the studio after instruction when no one is waiting for them. Please wait until class has begun and be available to meet your student when class ends. Students should remain in the building until a parent or guardian arrives.
If a class is missed, a student is entitled to a make-up class designated by the instructor. The make-up class must be taken within one month of the absence. All classes must be paid for even if the class is not made up.
Please notify the studio of any changes in transportation arrangements. If a student is going to be picked up by someone other than specified in the registration form, please notify a staff member.
Class Cancellation
Dance Classics does not follow a specific school district when canceling classes due to severe weather. A cancellation will be posted on Dance Classics’ facebook page and a text message or email will be sent to the family contact on record. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to weather.
